So…as many of these are apparently going around and I don’t think I ever did one of these, I decided that it would probably be a good idea to do this.
Hi! My name is Cheshire, though I’ll respond to basically anything. I only actually started to post with some regularity to this thing a little over a month ago so I am pretty new. I’m from the UK. I try to write for a range of genres but I do tend to write horror/fantasy.
I don’t really have a set WIP list because I tend to write if and when the inspiration strikes but I do have some stories that I like to write about the characters from. I have a WIP page but I’ll post the summaries below the cut!
A Girl and Her Ghosts (Working Title): Anshee has never been what you might consider “normal”. Born with the ability to see what others cannot, abandoned at the age of 6 to a life on the streets and followed by a quartet of ghosts, it’s a wonder she hasn’t gone mad. Oh wait…perhaps she has.
This one is where more of my horror writing comes in, though to be honest, it’s more thriller.
To Walk With Legends (Working Title Again): In the desert, she was raised as a princess despite lacking any royal blood, but Nenet was always more at home exploring old ruins with her companion, Alyss, and summoning creatures of legend than doing anything that princesses typically do.
During one of her expeditions, she stumbled onto a conspiracy to overthrow every ruler in her world and now, she’s in a race against time to stop them. Perhaps, in doing so, she will find herself written into legend.

Here’s where more of the fantasy writing comes in and, if you stick around for a while, you’ll find I am somewhat obsessed with faeries, witches and vampires.
Dragon Bones: Kaida Abie is a self-proclaimed dragon expert and mother, Cherish Hunter is one of the world’s leading archaeologists. As well as being cousins, they are partners in making sure the world as a whole doesn’t find out about dragons. From finding dragon bones and making sure they dont get mistaken for dinosaur bones, to stopping a group of nesting mothers from torching a forest, they might just have their work cut out for them.

More fantasy! I haven’t really written anything for it at the moment though.
Unheard Of, Nowhere: In a world filled with interesting places, Unheard Of, as the town is known, has nothing of interest. Except, perhaps, for a small group of teens.
Fuoco Acerbi, gifted with the ability to control the dark side of fire, has spent her whole life taking absolutely no shit.
Amadeo Fiore, gifted with the ability to control time, has spent most of his days living two different lives.
Amaya, a cecaelia, spends her days almost revealing her true nature.
Finally, Cael, gifted with wings that only they can see, has spent their entire life trying to convince themselves that they are not crazy.
In a world of powered individuals, perhaps they will make it big. Perhaps they will remain anonymous.
We shall see.
Basically me smashing a bunch of things I like together. When do I not to be honest? Haven’t really written anything for it but we shall see!
