Interrupted Naps and Snow

There was snow on the ground when she woke up. Well, she supposed she couldn’t really call it the ground, considering it was actually the roof. Regardless of whether or not she should call it the ground or the roof, she was awake when there was snow which usually only came down in winter when she was asleep.

As it was melting, she guessed that spring was on the horizon.

Stretching her arms above her head, she stood up and angled her telescope towards the actual ground. Through it, she could see Titanium clearing the front steps of the temple.

Astrophyllite whistled sharply to attract attention and, once the much more durable woman looked up, waved.

She smiled slightly when her greeting was returned and turned her telescope to face the sky once again.

The snowdrops she had seen on the ground told her that it would soon be time for the rest to wake up but until then, she would go back to napping.
