Astra stared at him and Apollo stared at her. Both were breathing heavily after what they had done.
Apollo spoke first because of course he did. “Well…that was something.”
“Yeah,” she agreed, for once not having a sharp comeback on her tongue, eyes trailing down over the various mouth shaped marks she had made on his neck and upper torso.
The sun god smirked, doing the same to her. There weren’t as many marks on her but he took pride in the ones he’d left all the same. “The great Chóros, seduced by a guy she professes to hate.”
“Considering I was on top all the way through that, I dont think you get to say that you seduced me,” Astra said dryly, shifting on to her side. “And besides,” she continued with her eyes closed, “I never said I hated you. When you’re not doing something stupid, I quite like you.”
“Careful, anyone would think that you had a thing for me,” Apollo copied her, rolling onto his side and wrapping an arm around her waist.
“If anything,” she cut herself off to yawn, blinking slightly and looking at him with half closed eyes, “I would say that you’re the one with a thing for me.”
“You aren’t wrong,” he muttered.
“Course I’m not.”
